Handcrafted in Estelí, Nicaragua, the Oliva Serie V Melanio Figurado is the crown jewel of the Oliva portfolio, famously awarded Cigar Aficionado's #1 Cigar of the Year in 2014. Named in honor of Melanio Oliva, who first grew tobacco in Pinar del Río, Cuba in the 1800s, this masterfully box-pressed 6.5x52 double-tapered vitola is draped in a dark, silky Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper. Underneath lies a core of rich Nicaraguan binder and aged Jalapa Valley Ligero long-fillers.
