Shipping Country Exclusions For All Tobacco Products:

US, Canada, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, India, Vietnam, Turkey, Iceland, Norway, Finland, Hungary, Sweden, Ukraine, Latvia, Luxembourg, Qatar, Austria, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa & Switzerland delivery is not available on tobacco products. UK Click & Collect is available.

Please note that we do not deliver cigarettes and hand rolling tobacco outside the UK.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Please note that return postage costs are your responsibility, and we cannot refund any original shipping charges.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% administrative/restocking fee, unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Please include your order number and contact details with the returned parcel.
