The Master Aged Series 4 expands Toscano's flagship matured portfolio by introducing a unique micro-fermentation technique to an all-Italian leaf blend. Utilizing 100% Italian fire-cured Kentucky tobacco for both the wrapper and filler, the cigars undergo a specific high-humidity micro-fermentation phase early in production before being transferred to special maturation cellars. Under the care of the Affinatore, the cigars age for at least 360 days, softening the natural astringency of the pure Italian leaves while drawing out a rich sweetness, subtle licorice notes, and deep wood smoke complexity. It pairs exceptionally well with a double espresso, Amaro, barrel-proof bourbon, or a peated Islay scotch.
